Slipcasting lesson

Service Description

During this lesson you will learn to slip cast a Christmas tree from a plaster mould. We will talk briefly about how to prepare the slip, how the process works and then cast the tree ready for you to remove from the mould and decorate. Once the piece is dry and fired it can be glazed to your liking and fired again. Once complete I will give you a set of lights and all the necessary fixtures to make it into a light up lamp.
